Panasonic Leica 100-400mm

It’s about time, for a new post here, that is.

I recently published a video about the Panasonic Leica 100-400mm F4-6.3 super telephoto lens. It’s a versatile zoom suitable for wildlife photography and a great compromise between the reach, size, image quality and price.

Lumix G9 @ 100mm, F4, 1/1000s., ISO 200
Lumix G9 @ 100mm, F5.6, 1/400s., ISO 200
Lumix G9 @ 400mm, F6.3, 1/640s., ISO 500

  1. Hi Matti
I like your point of view in photography matters. Just bought the G 9 with the Leica 12-60mm. I’ll probably buy the Leica 100-400mm in spring.

  2. Hi Matti,

I’m Nick from Taiwan, and I’ve been following your YouTube channel recently.
It’s very nice that I found another one sharing the same passion with Lumix half a globe away.
I started using Lumix from ZS7, then GX7, GX85, and finally, the G9.
Your video of comparison between G9 and G95 really helped me decided which one to choose from.
And I finally got my G9 about a month ago.
What’s better, I finally bought my long-dreamed Leica 100-400mm yesterday!

I’m still learning from your tips and practicing my photo skills.
Looking forward to see more of your videos about Lumix and useful tips.

    Nick
