In my latest video I’m taking the M.Zuiko 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 EZ kit lens for a spin. This power zoom works also with Lumix cameras and is optically good. It’s a viable option for a Lumix camera with IBIS, if you are fond of power zooms.

From the data I have seen, the older Olympus 14-42 R II is a better cheap lens in the Olympus line up. I have it and it is OK. The Panasonic 12-32mm is also better than the Olympus EZ. The Panny 45-150mm kit lens is also good up to around 100mm. The Olympus 45mm f1.8 when on sale, is a great shooting bargain indeed. And of course the Lumix 25mm f1.7 is good, when avoiding f4 due to focus shifting.
